I must say I do like the scale of this building. For the Main Street corridor and Springfield to truly come back and reach its highest potential, density and multi-family housing is a must. After all, some one has to support all of the future resturants, art galleries and bars that will one day line Main Street. I must say I do like the scale of this building. For the Main Street corridor and Springfield to truly come back and reach its highest potential, density and multi-family housing is a must.

After all, some one has to support all of the future resturants, art galleries and bars that will one day line Main Street.
