Did someone say smoozefest?

I was expecting something a bit different before I arrived at the grand opening party for the Lofts on Main. A presentation or maybe some discussion of how the project will impact the neighborhood. Oh well, you can’t argue with free beer.

This is the PR speech from the marketing guy. Gosh those lofts are going to be great! [sound of back-patting] He talks about pricing, amenities and the completion date. YouTube does some weird cropping when it compresses the video, so sorry about that.
