I have dropped the old Urban Jacksonville masthead and created a new one. I figured new blogging software begs a new masthead. Granted, it’s nothing special, just simple and clean. The image behind the Urban Jacksonville text is randomized, which is great because I have been wanting to do that for a while.

I noticed the archives aren’t working so I’ll be looking into that. Also the content and sidebar columns seem too skinny to me. It’s kind of silly for me to put all this work into designing the site since I am having the entire site redesigned by my brother-in-law, Jeff Mehlhoff.

This isn’t the final design, just an in-between design interation, but I thought it would be cool to show it off.
