Update: I stopped by 6th and Market to grab some photos on my way to work. This has the potential to be an awesome project. 6th and Market photoset

I have been tipped to another Springfield project in the works at 6th and Market.

The current historic building is planned to be renovated for retail on the ground floor and 3 loft type units above.

This news comes from a development company called Eleven Squared. They expect to be adding more details on the project to their website in the coming weeks. Eleven Squared, hinted to working on some other development projects around town. At the moment there are no details on these additional projects.
