I actually got a private message from someone on the Metro Jax message boards offering a more detailed analysis of Putas Por Vida:

Joey, do you know what this means? In case you don’t it translates to “whores for life”. Puta is also used when speaking about a prostitute.

It can also be used as slang or a tag for a group of transexual males. Homosexual males are Puto’s.
