I talked to the owner and toured the building and while it looks a bit fancy for my taste and the espresso machine is entirely automated (not a good thing) but it looks like they're wanting to do it right and they are making all their deserts in house. She sold me an item for $2300 through the internet - then did not send the item - and disappeared. She has my money.
