8th & Pearl Site Permits in hand

I’d be shocked if you had a building permit in hand in 6 weeks much less three. Then mobilization to the site. I don’t want the people to be misled on the time frame when it seems like the project has been strung out as it is. – The Friend

I just heard from a friend that the WA Knight building has SIX vacant apartments currently. This is rare. – Tony Allegretti
