According to Lynn Wilson with the Springfield Business Association, the Farmers Market was and is scheduled to open THIS Saturday in the morning (I think he said from 9 a.m. – 1p.m.) I saw him at a birthday party Sat. night and told him that folks were confused and disappointed about it not being open. He said he would get the word out this week with the details. We’ll be there with bells on!!!

There are other indicators too. Shirts over fences. Plastic Bags tied to stuff.

I always make it a point to remove stuff like that when I’m walking. the way I see it, it might b litter, It might not be. Either way I am doing a service.

And you would think that the dealers would realize it only helps JSO to locate them.

what do you expect, its Springfield! I heard that the real Springfiled ‘market’ was on the corner of 1st and liberty….look for the shoes hanging on the service lines…
