Nice site. We all keep this up and with just a series of a few sites, you can anything and everything that is happening with Jacksonville and not just when DOT can't spell on their electronic highway information signs.

-Jim.

PS: Metjax is up to 4,800.

Joey, thanks for the plug! More photos and more original stories are on the agenda for things we want to add.

And yes, the masthead is now a clickable link back to the homepage. :)

Not sure why the love. Maybe Karen Mathis has a thing for me. Ha! Blogsolidation yes! So Tony, do you think the Catholic Charities thing is good for Downtown?

The article people are referring to is Homeless Sweep up downtown. I'm quoted down near the bottom. I'm not sure if Karen chose that headline or editorial did. When I was talking with Karen she made it clear to me that one of the requirements to work for Catholic Charities is that you have somewhere to live. Maybe that just means being enrolled in one of the local shelters.

Maybe John C from the Homeless Family Blog can clear up the discrepancy.

New daily read!

Tank- How can I have missed your blog? I've been to your site I thought, has it changed?

I damn sure would have seen the dang black kids gimmick.

The blogolution will not be televised.

BTW, I love my slingshot; it makes a good conversation starter at my committee meetings. They spelled Fredrick Douglass with one s which is minor league.

enough about me

Focusing on Jacksonville as a whole is nice, though it's certainly something I'd read only after I read about "hyperlocal" activities. Too much to sift through perhaps?

Yes Tony - blogsolidation is the word of the day!

I saw that too. Way to go Joey. No mention of the Daily Record or Folio which both covered this last week. Also no mention of Walter Thomas Operations Chief at DVI who put the whole Catholic Charities thing together.

Why the love for Joey?

I smell blogsolidation. Have you been approached for buyout yet?
