Unfortunately, it still needs some serious TLC before it gets there. All those overpass fly-overs lend themselves to transient communities, a couple of which I accidentally stumbled upon after a detour from my normal jogging route. I agree, Brooklyn Park and a greater police presence in Brooklyn can definitely turn that area from scary to edgy in just a few years.
