I dont know what it might mean not having been to the site. However, as a former street kid, I wanted to mention that if this "entrance" is visible to casual inspection...there are more that might take a closer investigation to discover. Further, it will prove difficult, barring ridiculous measures, to secure this building from persistant squatters. But it sounds like the "big picture" is already being worked on , so ...just a few thoughts This reaction is impressive. He has been particularly keen on getting out of the Park View Inn as all four attempts he has put together to renovate the building have ended up in disaster. I just spoke with him as well, to let him know about the opening. He has an independent security company based in springfield that is supposed to do this, and he is calling them immediately.
