It's a complex issue, for sure, what with the Hionedes' and other commercial squatters of the world, the shabby appearance of Main Street after the refurbishing's been delayed, the retail/rooftop relationship to the market density of Springfield, the exorbitant rental prices that we've heard about anecdotally ... Hopefully Mack can shed some light on those things as well as how we can improve the sitchyation. I think most of us are tired of eagerly looking at planned developments online somewhere, tired of looking at chain link fences, and are ready to see some more shovels in ground. I think most of us are a little fearful with the real estate market slowing down that we'll sustain the pace of momentum needed to prod along more commercial development.
