Monster Art Show

Friday night is all about Monsters, and why shouldn’t it be? It’s Friday the 13th. So if you’re looking for something to do hit the Monster Art show @ 2646 Herschel Street (Map).

The show starts at 7:00pm and is the evil idea of one Clay Doran. He’s very excited about the show and has been getting a good response so far from artists. Clay told me to expect lots of art from all sorts of styles, ages and artists. Here’s what one Monster Show flyer says:

Anything goes. If you can somehow connect it to monsters we want it in the show. Sculptures, paintings, doodles drawings, it doesn’t matter what your skill level is. Many skill levels will be represented so YOU will fit right in. Besides…it’s a monster. Have fun, use your imagination, be creative, just do something.

Soundsystem

After you’re done at the Monster show head over to the Burrito Gallery (Map) where Soundsystem74 will be spinning monster ska, reggae and rocksteady sounds.
