SAMBA, The Springfield Area Merchants & Business Association, triumphantly returns with a huge guest. Maybe the hugest small guest in the city, Mayor John Peyton. Peyton is scheduled to discuss the city’s budget with the group, but that doesn’t mean you can’t show up to get your own Springfield related questions in there.

The Springfield Area Merchants & Business Association’s general meetings are held in the Shands Jacksonville Banquet Room on Thursday, Sept. 6. from 6 p.m. to 7:15 p.m. The Banquet Room is located on the 10th floor of Tower II (closest to the southwest corner of Jefferson Street and 8th Street). Parking is available in the surface lot in front of the Towers.
