Cool! Now I can tell kids with ‘lowriders’ that they’re puttin’ the signal out they’re “puttin’ out”, just like their Uncle Marv! Fashion fads are one thing, but the whole ‘show us your skivvies’ thing’s beyond.

where did those kids take the garbage wagon?

Someone should combination padlock a shopping cart, wheelbarrow ,or big wheelie garbage can at either end of the Riverwalk. Post the combination somewhere and anyone taking a walk downtown could fill er up.
Just need to recon dumpsters or figure other logistics.

Of course, JSO undoubtably has a “unpermitted river cleanup” stakeout task force forming. Bet there is a camera trained under the Acosta already.(then again one probably has been, undisclosed Downtown surveillance locations and all)

I am gonna miss that shopping cart. We had a very existential relationship.

Can’t reduce your emissions any further? We’ve all got to drive sometimes. Do what I do, offset your carbon emissions with Terrapass (http://www.terrapass.com/).
