Finally, blogging has paid off! Urban Jacksonville won the Best Blog in Folio Weekly’s annual Best of Folio awards. I couldn’t have done it without you, so I’m saying thanks by throwing you a party! A reader appreciation party this Saturday night, October 20th, at Shanty Town.

Party starts at 9pm with The Snacks blues band. We’ll have a free keg of Yuengling, compliments of Shanty Town! After The Snacks,DJs Deadtank (Inertia), Biggie Tea (Urban Core) and Herb-ane (Urban Jacksonville) will be rocking turntables and laptops for the rest of the night. Thats right, it’s the triple blog attack crew!
