Berkman II Plaza’s parking garage partially collapsed this morning about 6 a.m. on Bay Street in downtown Jacksonville.
Thirteen people have been transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Another nine were treated on the scene with minor injuries.
One construction worker, who was working on the garage across from the Sheriff’s Office this morning, has not been located. Authorities are unsure if he is trapped, or if he escaped.
