Urban Jacksonville, in cooperation with TSI, will be hosting the first evah Urban Jacksonville blog party this Saturday, Decenmber 15th at TSI.

Brendon, who does promoting and booking at the club, approached me with the idea a few months ago and I was down from the get go. I’ve actually been wanting to do something like this for a while. Lots of blogs in bigger cities host parties pretty regularly. If all goes well this may just be the beginning.

So what can you look forward to at the party? How about two great local bands Airport Factory and Buffalo Tears. Show starts at 7:00 and goes till 10:00. $2 at the door before 9:00, probably $5 after 9:00, but I’m not positive. I also have a lot of free promotional material from Flameshovel Records. I’d like to thank them for providing the goodies.
