Urban Jacksonville redesign

Wow what a great year! I’m pretty much done posting for the year, if you can’t tell already.

For the next two weeks the blog elves will be working on getting the new site ready. I’ll resume posting to the blog on January 7th when the redesigned site launches. Thanks to Travis Schmeisser, my co-worker, for the kick ass redesign.

I’m thinking about an Urban Jacksonville Xmas Mixtape so keep an eye out for that. If there’s anything huge going on I’ll post it and send out a message to the Urban Jacksonville Facebook group.

Thanks so much for all your support this year. With over 118,000 visits since January 1st 2007, the blog is has been very successful this year and I’m getting more positive feedback than I ever have. Not much will change as we move into 2008. I’ll keep doing what I do and hopefully we’ll all keep moving the city forward, making it more fun than 2007.

I really want to thank all the people who have come to the Urban Jacksonville events, left comments, linked to my posts, people I have interviewed and people who come and and just to say “hi I like your blog”. It’s great. Ya’ll have a Merry Xmas, I’ll see you in ’08. Joey
