They were pissed and had to have it painted over only to have it repeated. I'm not saying that some of it isn't attractive. The thing is, beauty is different for everyone. Therefore it should be put on something they own, not on something someone else owns. If you feel differently, then you should allow others to kick dents in your car. Hell, someone may find that attractive and you can get a dent puller pretty cheap at an auto parts store. Hey, I know people that had “street art” on their buildings.
