Stay away from the following locations, since getting a drink made correctly is like winning the lottery. I know right away that my drink isn’t right when they hand it to me about 30 seconds after ordering it.

I remember my first visit to a Starbucks. The baristas were happy and energetic. I went back the next day just to be around such positive people. Well, that was a long time ago and the baristas are not the same. However, I have had great experiences at the Jacksonville Beach location. So if you want to be around good people and have a good coffee visit Jacksonville Beach.

11E location is simply my favorite Starbucks of all time. Friendly, fast, convenient, clean and right every time.

Starbucks baristas are supposed to go through pretty extensive training before becoming certified.
I guess some are just going through the motions?
