Bricks will be saved for the pedestrian crossings to the approaches at the four proposed roundabouts – 7th & Pearl, 7th & Laura, 4th & Pearl and 4th & Laura. They will also be used to replace the original apron connecting the alleys to the street entrances.
Dead trees will be replaced after there is no longer a risk of freezing temperatures. Call SPAR 353-7727 to suggest locations for new trees.

SPAR is working with Operation New Hope in an effort to contact the owners of 404 W. 7th St. to determine if they would be willing to allow ONH to take over the property and save the historic structure. If the owner refuses and continues to do nothing, it will be torn down.
JTA reported that there is no budget for historic bus shelters ($35,000 each) on East 8th St. COJ will place concrete benches where usage supports it.
