I gotta agree with bike jax 100%….
the same style medians killed all walkability on Baymeadows Road in the 80s.

History repeats itself- 20 years and Main St. will look like Baymeadows…

Did the environmental research ever come back on Park View Inn? Though, I would be glad to see something finally happen to the eyesore, I thought taking it down wasn’t an option due to the coal gassification issues??

“COJ Neighborhoods Department is investigating the possibility of a pedestrian crosswalk at 3rd & Main.”

After spending all that money to wall up the median along Main St.. The city now wants to a pedestrian cross walk where it previously had one? And why not one on every block? We really should be making the move towards a walkable city.
