The interior designers did an excellent job. I just ran into an interior designer who moved to Jacksonville and is looking for high end design jobs. His name is Clayton Hargrave. After checking him out it was found he has a debt load of several million dollars from projects that have went sour. He seduces people and then borrows money from them or charges excessive prices. Most clients are excited and enthralled at first, but are very happy to pay large sums of money to get rid of him.

I'm not sure what excites me more, continued development in the core, or the thought of more of Chef Escariba's (my apologies if I butchered the spelling) food available...

True indeed. I guess what I meant to say was *new construction*. I like adaptive re-use just as much though. Viva la infill!

Incorrect! Chans is newer than 50 years but older than one year and hopefully has no re-used product. I'm sure they don't.

But I will give you a beer anyway. Must have Joe Merchant ID. I'll be in biggie tea's igloo or bigloo out back of the bg.

The 3rd tenant in the Buyers Market Lodge is much tougher to guess and probably requires that you have a turntable to figure it out. First one to get that one right gets a free gift at marks tomorrow night and a free beer at kickball thurs. Bloggers choice. Don't be picky. 21 and up.
