Urban Jacksonville

For the second year in a row Urban Jacksonville was selected as the best blog in Jacksonville by the readers of Folio Weekly. I’m flattered to win this honor two years in a row. I doing something right, so I’ll keep doing what I do.

One can only dream?

I think we are all doing great things really. I still have this dream of all the bloggers uniting into one huge megablog like a transformer or something.

That would be interesting. I'm sure this has happened in other cities. Especially since we are all covering different topics usually. Then next year we'd all get the kudos.

Once again Congrats. You do the best all around coverage of making Jax a better place to live for sure. And you have real passion for it and it shows. I wonder what impact you really have had by your actions alone. I'm not sure you can measure them but I know a lot of people have been influenced by your blog and a lot of good has come from it. I'm sure of that.

You work hard on it too. With your obligations already with your family it's amazing to see. Inspiring really.

I found your blog a few months ago while I was stationed in Afghanistan. I used to hate this city but this blog has opened my eyes to all Jacksonville has to offer and inspired me to get out and experience it. Keep up the good work!
