		<description>You need to wake up and smell the bacon. Every time government takes a low bid the taxpayer gets screwed. If government is able to negotiiate for services the out come is always in the best interest of the tax payer.</description>

Always interesting to see these PR firms duke it out over major city issues.

Meanwhile, I have absolutely no idea what the ACTUAL best deal for the people of this city is.  And I suspect neither do most of the sitting councilmembers.</description>
