None of the lights, all in a row, are timed properly for good traffic flow. But what I have always thought was necessary is a catwalk. Why do we need to stop traffic for all these people and devote a policeman to controlling the traffic light when they can cross OVER the road. Fidelity should be required to build one. <br><br>FYI Times Square is closed to traffic completely now.
