Thanks Andy, I agree they are something that need to develop over time, I'm just grasping for things that can build a little more team spirit. I think it would go a long way.

Game day traditions aren't something you can just force. The best and longest lasting are organic. The Lambeau Leap was a spontaneous reaction by a single player and it took off from there. Much like a viral video, I don't think anyone's got a recipe for just creating them. That said, if our defense was worth a damn the Teal Curtain isn't an awful idea IMHO.

As for game day food, tailgating is great but sometimes you just want to get some giant and awfully wonderful stadium fare. I tried to do just such at the Bud Zone but they were out of the giant hot dogs and short rib sandwiches before halftime with no more to be produced, so how about customer service and enhancing the game day experience as something to focus on.

I'm going to be making a small effort pump up the fan base next Friday the 15th of January with a Draft Tebow promotion at all of the European Street Cafe locations. We'll be getting the details out early next week. Despite what anyone thinks about Tebow's prospects as a professional football player, I have to believe that his stature in the community will at least help sell tickets next year and inspire some passion that coupled with a good season (we were young and learning last year right) might solidify things just a little for near future.

Lastly, lift the camera up a little next time, I was distracted wondering what happened to the top of your head.

Love your response - there's so many things the Jags should be doing - many of them simple, yet strategic. I could list 112 others too (and so could you I'm sure) - and hopefully the conversations will continue. The passion for the team is here - just need the front office to think and ACT differently.
