Introducing the Riverside Artist Market

Riverside Artist Market

I talked about the Riverside Artists Market (RAMarket) last year. It’s a huge all-weather market under the canopy of the Fuller Warren Bridge on Riverside Avenue. As the opening of the market approaches they are looking for input:

This Saturday, January 24th, 10am – 11:30am, the RAM Committee will host a workshop for interested artists, food vendors and farmers. The purpose of this workshop is to receive feedback on the market guidelines (including market layout, booth assignment policy and cost structure, Market policies and procedures).

If you plan on going please RSVP by Today to Teresa Fish at teresa@riversideavondale.org if you plan to attend. I would go ahead and RSVP even if it is past the date of just show up.

The meeting will be held at the First Guaranty Bank Building at 760 Riverside Ave, across the street from the market site. The meeting will start at 10am.

If you want to listen to more on the Riverside Artists Market it’s a topic of the new weekly radio show Urban Jacksonville Weekly.
