Urban Jacksonville Weekly is an audio podcast that discusses urban issues, downtown neighborhoods, culture, development, local blogs and media in Jacksonville Florida.

We broadcast from the Florida Times-Union each Tuesday at 5:30. Shows last between 30-40 minutes and are also broadcast live on the Internet using an online streaming service called Ustream.

Each episode has a conversational style and features a 3 relevant and timely topics. The co-hosts are all influential people in the Jacksonville community. Joey Marchy runs the Urban Jacksonville blog, Tony Allegretti is the Director of the Riverside Arts Market and runs The Urban Core blog and Jonathan Bennett is the social media editor at Jacksonville.com.

We’re currently seeking partners for production and possible broadcast beyond the podcast. Urban Jacksonville Weekly is increasing in popularity and awareness in the city and we’re confident better production can take the show to another level.
